Herbalife-Sponsored Heather Jackson Combines Nutrition and Training to Win Triathlons

Heather Jackson pushes herself to the limit to win. Her steady climb in the world rankings is the result of hard work, a positive outlook, aggressive tactics and determination.

“When it comes to training and competing, hitting a plateau is inevitable,” says Jackson. “It’s my job to work that much harder and go beyond it.”

Jackson’s career as a triathlete has skyrocketed since she turned pro in 2009. She most recently won the prestigious 2015 IRONMAN Coeur d’Alene in Idaho, beating her fellow competitors with the fastest bike split and marathon of the day. Her win in the race makes her a factor for the 2015 IRONMAN World Championship in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii. She’s also taken top spots at several IRONMAN 70.3 triathlons, having set a course record at the 2014 Wildflower Long Course Triathlon. Read more »
